| Who Do We Serve: Calliope Behavior Consulting provides services primarily to children birth to 10 years of age with developmental, behavior or academic struggles. A formal diagnosis of Autism or a related disorder is not required to receive services. Calliope’s goal is to help your child develop skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with growth. Intervention is based on your child’s skill profile rather than a diagnostic category. Services Provided: Calliope Behavior Consulting offers personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in your home or community directly from the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We provide targeted, skill Focused Intervention such as toilet training, communication, play skills or food selectivity. We provide Academic Instruction and Tutoring for children for children 5-10 years. We offer Comprehensive Assessment and Intervention. We first conduct and Initial Assessment to evaluate your child’s developmental levels. We then develop a customized treatment plan that targets essential skills for your child’s growth. A Functional Assessment allows us to analyze factors contributing to behavior that is limiting your child’s progress in home or community settings including private schools. A teaching program to remediate the behavior is then implemented to ensure your child’s success. Our goal is to equip your child with the skills needed to thrive in their home, school, and community through collaborating with parents. Services focus on fostering meaningful change for children with challenging behavior, developmental or academic delays. |
